Online Store Terms

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose. You also agree not to copy, misuse, interfere with, or attempt to damage the website, store, payment system, or any related services.

Products and Services

Frontline Fabrication and Props offers 3D-printed products, custom fabrication services, prop pieces, display items, organizers, accessories, and made-to-order items.

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, colors, materials, and designs may change at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display product photos and descriptions accurately. However, small differences may occur due to screen settings, print settings, material batches, lighting, finishing, or normal production variation.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom, modified, personalized, or made-to-order items are created based on the information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, reference images, descriptions, files, and project details. Frontline Fabrication and Props is not responsible for fitment issues, design issues, or incorrect results caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.

Custom and made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once design work, material preparation, printing, or production has started.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee that an order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, production limitations, or requests we are unable to complete.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method when appropriate.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Prices may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product description errors, or availability errors.

Payment must be completed before standard products are shipped or before custom work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping

Frontline Fabrication and Props currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping times, processing times, and delivery estimates are provided as estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, customer availability, or events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Standard, non-custom items may be eligible for return if they meet the conditions listed in our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom, modified, personalized, quote-based, and made-to-order items are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect their order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Customer-Provided Files and Designs

If you submit a file, drawing, image, sketch, model, logo, or reference material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.

You are responsible for ensuring that customer-provided files do not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

We may refuse any custom request that appears unsafe, unlawful, infringing, misleading, or outside the scope of what we are willing or able to produce.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product photos, product descriptions, logos, branding, graphics, designs, and written materials owned by Frontline Fabrication and Props may not be copied, reproduced, modified, sold, or used without permission.

Purchasing a physical item does not transfer ownership of any design files, source files, product concepts, digital models, photos, branding, or intellectual property unless specifically agreed in writing.

Product Use and Safety

Products are sold for their intended general use only.

3D-printed items can be affected by heat, pressure, impact, chemicals, outdoor exposure, wear, and improper use. Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.

Frontline Fabrication and Props is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or misuse caused by improper installation, modification, unsafe use, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website, products, services, or custom request system:

• For unlawful purposes

• To violate any local, state, or federal law

• To infringe on intellectual property rights

• To submit false or misleading information

• To upload harmful code, spam, or malicious content

• To harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others

• To request items that we determine are unsafe, unlawful, or outside our production standards

We reserve the right to refuse service for prohibited or inappropriate requests.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, outages, delays, or errors of third-party service providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Frontline Fabrication and Props is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that specific product or order.

We make reasonable efforts to create quality products and complete custom work accurately.

However, we do not guarantee that a product or custom item will meet every expectation, match every reference image exactly, or work for every possible situation or use.
